This ecosystem aims to connect global buyers and suppliers, providing a wider range of products and services to both private and professional buyers. It bridges global suppliers and supply chains with numerous e-commerce platforms and physical stores, offering more channels for global suppliers and supply chains to enter different markets.

Extensive Product Selection: Access a diverse range of products and services from suppliers worldwide, including those showcased in Oplus Expo, Oplusmall, various third-party e-commerce platforms, and physical stores within the Oplus Ecosystem's collaboration network.
Seamless Shopping Experience: Enjoy a unified shopping experience across all Oplus digital platforms and apps, ensuring convenience and consistency in your purchases.
Multiple Channels for Purchase: Products and services are available through multiple channels, including online marketplaces, mobile applications, and physical stores, providing you with flexibility in how you shop.

2. Definitions
For the purposes of these service terms, the following definitions apply:
Oplus Ecosystem: A comprehensive "supply chain central console" system that includes Oplusmall, Oplus Expo, various mobile applications, third-party e-commerce platforms, and physical stores. This system collaborates with global suppliers and supplier chains to digitally collect and redistribute product and service information to numerous e-commerce platforms and physical stores worldwide. This enables these platforms and stores to offer a wider range of products and services to their customers, bridging the gap between suppliers, especially SMEs, and diverse markets, thereby promoting global commerce.
Oplusmall: A core component of the Oplus Ecosystem, acting as a hybrid B2B2C2C platform, connects global buyers with suppliers and supply chains, offering buyers a broader range of products and services.
Supplier: Any individual or business that provides goods or services for sale on Oplusmall. This includes:
• Business as Supplier: A commercial entity that supplies goods or services on Oplusmall.
• Private Person as Supplier: An individual who offers goods or services for sale on Oplusmall, typically on a smaller scale than commercial entities, also referred to as a Private Supplier.
Supply Chains: Supply chain, also known as the supply network, refers to the entire interconnected network involved in the creation and delivery of a product or service from concept to the final consumer. This chain includes everything from the procurement of raw materials, manufacturing, and production processes to logistics, warehousing, and distribution stages. The supply chain encompasses suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and any other relevant parties that ensure the efficient production and delivery of products and services to the market. Effective supply chain management aims to optimize these processes to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products and services.
Buyer: Any individual or business that purchases goods or services from Oplusmall. This includes:
• Business as Buyer: A commercial entity that purchases goods or services on Oplusmall for business purposes, also referred to as a Business Buyer
• Private Buyer: Refers to a private individual who buys goods or services on Oplusmall for personal use, also referred to as a consumer.
Third-Party E-commerce Platforms: Online marketplaces or platforms not owned by Oplus but that collaborate with the Oplus Ecosystem. These platforms serve as sources of products and services for the Oplus Ecosystem and act as “digital outlets” to sell the products and services collected by the Oplus Ecosystem to their customers.
Physical Stores: Brick-and-mortar locations not owned by Oplus but that collaborate with the Oplus Ecosystem. These stores serve as sources of products and services for the Oplus Ecosystem and act as “physical outlets” to sell the products and services collected by the Oplus Ecosystem to their customers.
These specific service terms are made for buyers, both private and business buyers, to ensure a clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities.
By using Oplusmall, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, fair, and efficient environment for all participants in our ecosystem.

3. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

· China: Users must be at least 18 years old to engage in online transactions associated with Oplusmall. Users under 18 must have parental consent.
· European Union: Users must be at least 16 years old to provide consent for data processing associated with Oplusmall. This age can be lowered to 13 with parental consent, depending on the member state.
· United States: Users must be at least 13 years old to use Oplusmall platforms and to provide consent for data collection, in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Users under 13 must have parental consent.
· Other Markets: Users must be at least 18 years old to provide consent for using Oplusmall services and for data processing associated with Oplusmall. In markets where local laws or regulations specify a different age requirement, users must meet the minimum age as defined by those laws or regulations. If the minimum age is lower than 18, parental consent is required for users under the specified age.
If you are using our services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

Oplusmall is a core component of the Oplus Ecosystem—a portal-style hybrid network that seamlessly integrates both digital and physical commerce resources worldwide. This ecosystem features holistic promotion, omnichannel sales, and trade facilitation functions, which are designed to support each other in an accelerating circle. Our goal is to connect buyers with suppliers worldwide, providing access to a diverse range of products and services.
4.1 Diverse Product and Service Offerings
We constantly enrich our product and service offerings from around the world, providing consumers with more choices and access to high-quality goods and services. Through our services, buyers can explore an extensive range of options tailored to meet their diverse needs and lifestyles.
4.2 Omnichannel Sales Interface
Oplusmall is just one interface within the Oplus omnichannel sales network. Other Oplus apps also offer the same products and services. These Terms of Service apply uniformly across all Oplus sales interfaces, ensuring a consistent and seamless user experience regardless of the platform used.
4.3 Varied Sources of Products and Services
The products and services presented on Oplusmall and other Oplus sales applications come from a variety of sources, including but not limited to:
· Suppliers, supply chains and producers who are members of Oplusmall or the Oplus Ecosystem.
· Suppliers, supply chains and producers from other e-commerce platforms that have a collaborative relationship with Oplus.
· Independent stores or chains of stores, offering unique and diverse products.
This diverse sourcing ensures that our ecosystem provides a comprehensive selection, catering to both private and professional buyers.
By using our services, you benefit from the wide range of products and services available through our global network, backed by the consistent and reliable standards of the Oplus Ecosystem.
5. User Accounts
To access the full features and services on Oplusmall, users must create an account. Our user account creation policy ensures compliance with global standards and local regulations, focusing on identity verification, consent, data security, and transparency.
5.1 Data Collection for Account Creation
Purpose: The data collected during user registration is solely for the purpose of creating a user account, enabling users to fully utilize the features and services on Oplusmall. This might include personal information such as name, email address, and contact details.
Data Minimization: We collect only the minimum necessary information required to set up and manage your account effectively. Any additional data collection will be explicitly informed and require user consent as per the laws and regulations in China, Singapore, the European Union, and the United States.
5.2 Identity Verification for Payments
Oplusmall supports various payment methods. The relevant parties providing payment methods for Oplusmall may need identity verification to comply with legal requirements. Users' payment information and verification details are processed securely by our payment partners, no data will be stored in Oplusmall or any other Servers of Oplus Ecosystem.
5.3 Minimum Age Requirement
Singapore: Users should be at least 18 years old for financial transactions associated with Oplusmall or have parental consent if they are minors.
China: Users under 18 should have parental consent to engage in online transactions associated with Oplusmall.

United States: Users under 13 require parental consent to use Oplusmall platforms and for any data collection in compliance with COPPA.

Users agree to use their accounts in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Any use of an account for illegal purposes will result in immediate termination and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
5.8 User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information, including their username and password. Any activity conducted through an account will be presumed to have been performed by the account holder.

6. Use of the Services

6.2. Prohibited Activities

Prohibited Content: You must not upload, post, or share any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.

· Content: Any content obtained from the services or reliance on any content or information available through the services.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these terms or our services is limited to the amount you paid us for our services, if any, in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the liability.
11.1 Jurisdiction-Specific Limitations:
· Singapore: This limitation does not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
· European Union: This limitation does not exclude or limit our liability for damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or any other liability to the extent it cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
· China: The limitation of liability will be enforced to the extent permitted by Chinese law, and it does not limit our liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
· United States: Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

12. Governing Law

· Users Outside China: For users who register and use Oplusmall services through the oplusmall.com interface, these terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be resolved in accordance with Singaporean law.
